A Technology AuditSM will allow TechKnowledge to establish a technological point of reference. This “Gap Analysis” includes an intensive review of the current telecommunications, data, network, and infrastructure environments. We evaluate the IT organizational structure, current standards and specifications as well as the policy and procedures in place to repair, procure and implement technology within the organization as well. Once the assets and limitations are clearly understood, our team prepares an action plan that includes an assessment of the current mix of technologies and a 36 month action plan.
The result: Our Clients know A) where they stand, B) which choices make sense, and C) how to make informed decisions to achieve technology excellence.
